Become a true Motivator

Muslim Bayudi - Actually, what is your goal when motivating people? Getting the money then? Finding fame ?. If your goal is only to motivate people to pursue the above or the like, better not to motivate. The real goal when you / I motivate the only one, namely "How can these people (the ones we motivation) can rise from his old life into a new life of hope and opportunity to be successful.".
When viewed in terms of profits, there are two sides of the profits. yes it is:
1. The benefits in terms of Physical
»Identical to the material, fame, pleasure alone

2. The advantage in terms of Spiritual
»Synonymous with spiritual / soul (in terms of our faith in the Lord, that we as human beings have to one another mutual help, you will feel pleasure when they will motivate people, especially those that become successful.)

Well, you belong to see which side gains while motivating? Physical aspect then? or Spiritual?

Actually, when you motivate a lot of people at the same time, in terms of physical and spiritual benefit would be obtained simultaneously as well. But the success or failure we motivate people, depending on the destination we motivate people.

In this article I will discuss how it's supposed to be a motivator.

Being a real motivator is very difficult. The difficulty will be found when we try to make others think "That's true" and "Should I Can!".

How do I get people to think so at the moment we are motivated?
the answer is simply: Your goal when motivated.

A good motivator would not think of that revenue will be earned when he spoke in front of the crowd, but he thought about how he talks so that the motivation to change and he would rise from his old life, want to live the life which he had with besyukur, etc.
And the way for the successful motivators that make the listener want to follow the advice was to concentrate and to recognize the place where he was to motivate people. Recognize the faces of the listeners, Is the number of listeners who are moody greater than the number of listeners who are rejoicing also be a factor that the successful motivator convey his thoughts to the listener.

A good motivator will be ready when suddenly there were people who came to him to be of encouragement when he crashed or failed.

Here are some tips on a motivator (in my opinion):

Ready wherever and whenever it is needed
Recognize the contents of the listener's heart with a look on his face
Able to analyze the listener, so that the motivator can easily motivate the hearer
Not promote something to the listener when he was motivated
Able to adapt to people who had never met.

That's some way to be a true motivator in my opinion. If something goes wrong or contrary to the opinions of the readers. You may comment.

Hopefully the above article useful to the reader.

How to Hold and Exercise Technique Using Guitar Pick

Muslim Bayudi - Once you know the position of the Right fingers fingers on guitar and Practical Ways to tune guitar with "Guitar Tuner Clip", and you are ready to start your profession as a musician, eeh sorry, as a guitarist, not less important for beginners is how to hold and techniques exercise using a guitar pick.

I think those of you who are learning the guitar or even that can not be entirely sure've got a pick, if not have, to buy or borrow noh ... !, the same friends. Or perhaps you do not know what it is Pick? I consider all already know ya, it loh picker tool string guitar made of fiber or the like, even some made of ivory. Sometimes my friends have called "clubber" if not wrong.

If you do not want to buy you try to make himself wrote of plastic volumes (volumes cover), right there made of plastic and somewhat thick tuuh, Naah ... scissors me, just do not map Babeh shredded sake of a guitar pick, Huahaha ... just kidding laah.

We recommend purchasing aja, cheap koq, at most, the price cuman goceng aka 5 thousand silver, sisihin pocket money, buy some seeds, do not be stingy dong !, something that should exist sacrifice, cicil wrote purchasing, one month may also. That is if you have some fruit pick, you can experiment with different shapes and brands, I suggest choose medium size to start, which is not too thin but not too hard / thick, so later you can know what kind of pick the matching with tastefully and comfortably in your hand.

The following description will explain the technique of holding and using a guitar pick is good and right.

Open palm of your hand that holds the pick (Picking Hand), and rotate so that it is your face.
Close your hand as if he were making a loose fist. Your thumb should remain on the side of your index finger.
Play back your palms until the back thumb (thumb nail) facing towards your face.

With your other hand, tuck your guitar pick between the thumb and index finger on your hand picking. The position of the pick should be roughly located at the back of the thumb.

Make sure the pointed end facing the strings of a guitar pick (soundhole), protruding from the grip of your hand about half an inch (1.5 cm), hold the pick with a relaxed but mantab.

Position the hand picking on acoustic guitar soundhole you, or on your electric guitar. Position your picking hand should float but close to the strings.

Do not attach or rest your picking hand on the strings or guitar body.

Picking technique (Stroke) right on the guitar is by swinging / move your wrist, not the whole of your arm.

Now let us practice, Pluck the strings skillfully low E string (string 6) on your guitar with a downward motion (Down Stroke) course by using a pick. If the strings vibrate excessively, try reducing your power strum a little more gentle and relaxed, until the passage to pick your voice feels good and clear.

Then, picking the E string (string 6) was the movement upward (Up Stroke).

Repeat this exercise repeatedly strokes to smooth movement of picking your picking hand, faster and faster, this exercise is also called the "Alternate Picking".

Do the same exercise on the fifth string (A), fourth (D), third (G), second (B), and the first string (E).

     Tips:

For those of you who are not accustomed to using a pick in the beginning would have been awkward. But it is a matter of course, continue, will also be familiar, can be as plain or as forced, forced so could mean aah ...., Dizzy right?

If you've started to master the technique of holding this pick, sound excerpts Up Down Stroke and Stroke generated should be almost similar.

Congratulations practice, this post may be useful.

Tips on Buying / Choosing Acoustic Guitar Strings

Muslim Bayudi - basically we just picked acoustic strings are cheap or expensive, which is important to at flickey and guitar can sound, but over time, how the strings would break up ya, or really, really bad sound lagi.Nah I basically we just chose stringed acoustic the price is cheap or expensive, which is important to at flickey and guitar can sound, but over time, how the strings would break up ya, or really, really bad sound comes back with my lagi.Nah are Some tips, namely tips on choosing the acoustic guitar strings and how choose a quality acoustic guitar strings.
Well here's some special categories of strings nice acoustic guitar.

1. D'Addario
2. Martin
3. Elixir
4. Ernie Ball

That fourth special brand of acoustic guitar strings are great and there are a few tips to buddies musicians to choose a good acoustic guitar strings.

Tension - Classic guitar strings are made in a different strain. They are: low voltage is also referred to as moderate or mild tension, normal or medium, hard or high voltage.
The strings Materials - Materials strings will have a big impact on the acoustic sound color (timbre) that we want. Let the sound color into 3 alone, mellow (more bass sound color, usually freq harmonics are contained in the mid freq freq up LOQ), bright (color shrill voice, freq dominant harmonics in high freq), and brilliance (color balanced sound, bright and mellow). Some acoustic steel string material that we encounter are as follows:

     - 80/20 Bronze: Strings is widely used by guitarists. Sounds more bright colors. Suitable for songs that need a shock, cheerful memorable songs.
     - Phosphor Bronze: Strings is a favorite for those who like to solo. Sound color brilliance. Suitable for solo fingerstyle songs are more picking and tapping the strings.
     - Silk Steel: color more mellow sound. suitable for jazz tunes and songs that need a mellow impression.
     - Flat Tops: mellow sound color, a little bright in strings 1 and 2. Typically used for songs that need gentle sound like jazz for example. Thus strings such as nylon but made of steel. Fingernoise enforce feel if using these strings.

There are also other terms like bronze alloy, vintage bronze strings etc on other brands, but the color of the resulting character does not sound much different from the others mentioned.

     coated
If the packaging is written coated strings, meaning that the strings have a coating material that coats the surfaces of the main strings to protect the strings from rust. What will never rust? If yes depleted layer will rust as well, but the strings will last longer than the original sound rust resulting strings will last a long time. Coated strings with us that the room is suitable for damp too easy sweaty fingers.
Size Strings - There are various sizes of guitar strings available in the market. For acoustic guitar we often make the term "small string", "strings being", and "big string". Strings with larger sizes usually produce louder sound (the volume is greater) and better sustained (long sound) it. But on the other side of the large size of the string will be sore for at-bending for those not used and for which his somewhat soft (usually a girl).
Well, strings of small size also has weaknesses. Although it is easy to be bending strengths and also do not make finger pain for new learning guitar. The main drawback is the small strings, for those not used to perform bending, sometimes there is excess over tone or tones. That is, there is the possibility of a "bend" the strings are too excessive so that the resulting tone is not in accordance with the desired tone.

So, when choosing the strings, choose tension, material, and size appropriate to the needs of the songs that we play or genre that often we play. The easiest way to distinguish the character string that we need is to try these strings strings so we know what we need for the song you want to play.

how to care for drums

Muslim Bayudi - How to care for drums
1.Select Drumhead / proper membrane
There are several types drumhead commonly used to maximize the sound of Snare Drum. To choose which head over kevlar material because it Snare Drum Pearl Championship Series is designed for high pressure. Preferably use of REMO Drumhead, and there are two types of Falams II and White / Blackmax. Each has a unique character, but should we return to the coach, the character of what it wants (Equipment Drum Band).

Head down to two types as well, Kevlar and Mylar. Kevlar is a type of drumhead woven from silk base material, while mylar drumhead is kind of a mixture of chemical-based plastics. Kevlar to further maximize Snappy snare sound and tuning are much higher. But basically mylar drumhead is sufficient (Drum Tool Band).

2. Installation Drumhead

The basic principle is expected of Snare Drum voice is high and tight head pressure so that the reflection of the stick can be more responsive. For the key point lies in the process of tightening the bolt (Drum Tool). Pressure each side of the bolt should be equal, the safest course is cross-tighten. To find out if enough pressure is equal to the beat in the area near the bolt, the sound should be the same. So also with the lower drumhead. Originally same pressure, the drumhead can be tightened as much as possible without any risk of rupture. Pressure above will definitely faster than the bottom, it's because the Kevlar material that is thicker at the top drumhead. View Marching Band and Marching Band Equipment

3. Tone Drumhead

Although the drumhead on the pressure harder but the tone should be half lower than head down (Drum Band). Standard tuning is C for drumhead over and C # to head down. Head down higher to speed up the response of Snappy snare it, so that it can offset the pressure on the tight head (Drum Marching Band).

4. Pressure Snappy Snare

To tighten each nylon snare, then the position off first. Then each of nylon snare tightened up and pitched sound stable. It would be better if each of nylon snare the same tone. Then the position of the on-the snare and position the form of nylon snare equally touching the head down. Do not let the pressure of different left and right so that no one nylon snare position tilted upward. After seeing nylon snare touching equally on the surface of the head, turn the knob again to memperkencang voltage Stainer Stainer nylon. Make sure every surface of nylon snare equally vibrating drumhead surface along the bottom (Drum Tool).

5. Addition Silencer

There are some people who feel the character of the snare drum is too wet, so adding tape or tape on snarenya nylon, to make a little crisp. Basically for Snare Drum Pearl Championship Series was not necessary, logically if nylon snarenya muted, meaning snarenya sound will be lost and it's not the snare drum lag (Drum Band) i. However, if it is needed, add one or two strips alone at opposite corners of a position on / off nylon snare, so it does not interfere with the work pedal on / off it.

HOW TO MAINTAIN ELECTRIC GUITAR:

Hello music lovers everywhere you are. A case that we know that the age and strength of all goods or equipment depending on the way we take care of, regardless of the high price of an instrument that we have will deteriorate due to lack of maintenance.

Why should be treated with a good guitar? because there are some advantages that we will get if we do care very well, among the advantages which we can achieve is as follows:

The resulting sound will last according to the quality of the guitar sound at first owned.
Guitar body will be protected from damage, either by us or by fungus.
Rarely broken guitar string (long) that will make efficient expenditure of money.
The sound of the strings will last longer and avoid fals
High value because most people are more interested in buying goods in good condition although still used.

All of the benefits that I have described above will eventually felt by us as the owner when we really do care, this treatment can be applied for personal and music rental company, to a music studio business enterprise that will benefit all due to circumstances guitar which is maintained then it will attract more customers and for personal care good guitar will come back to us as owners.

Clean all parts of the guitar after use, to parts of the body first clean stains or traces of sweat droplets with a dry soft cloth, if the stain does not disappear, it can be cleaned using a soft cloth and a small amount of water and liquid soap, try to wipe the damp state (open wet) to avoid water droplets into the metal parts that can lead to rust do not forget to drain the water droplets on the guitar. after that lapisilah guitar body by using a special polish materials for car body that serves to protect the fading paint, first read the material manufacturer whether it can erode the paint, do not use the car body polish that can erode the paint.
For guitar parts made of metal such as round or driyer functioning tuning tune strings, tremolo, handle, and the back of the guitar body and its baud-baudnya. olesilah all parts mentioned earlier by using cooking oil is still clean, oil is one of the molten material that is safe for use on metals which are on the guitar because it is not erode and can prevent rust, besides the cooking oil is not difficult to look for it because almost in every house there.
If you are not going to use the guitar litrik on long enough period of time then the whole guitar strings should be removed first to keep the guitar in a state handlebars straight, then put the guitar in place such softcase or hardcase, if you do not have two items to the you can keep it on the stand in a room that is not damp, enough ventilation that can make the air circulation going well.
At the time of installation of the strings should be fitted with a uniform, meaning that each round is done in a particular round in accordance with our guitar playing style, while for guitar music studio should be installed in accordance with the procedures lap common, for example for the string mengencagkan rounds used is round in the direction of ballooning, and to loosen the strings used are round to the left.
How to keep a good guitar is: put it in softcase or hardcase, put some mothballs in butitr hardcase or softcase to prevent small animals that can damage wood untur on guitar,

Things that need to be avoided in treating electric guitar

Do not put the guitar on the floor because it will make the guitar becomes moist which can lead to the growth of mold on the guitar, making bent handlebar guitar, and changing the sound of the guitar.
Do not hang a guitar on the wall as if the walls are damp and moldy so we are exposed to the fungus guitar as well so there is likely to damage the outer layer of paint guitars that we have, the better placed alone in a special holder for mengimpan guitar (guitar stand)

How to Learn Techniques Slide / Sliding Melody Guitar

Hello Friend, the following I will explain how to learn techniques Slide / Sliding, this technique is a technique of rubbing / rub a tool usually a glass pipe, metal or the like to the metal strings played guitar so that displacement will sound fine.
This technique can often be found in the Hawaiian songs and Country .Teknik sliding introduced in the early 1900s, and slide the tool is started in production by manufacturers of musical instruments Bottleneck Slide Guitar Mr B.

If for Indonesian guitarist I ever saw action from guitarists Addi Slanker .kalau she wears this technique is not my song titled virus he wears iron in diselapkan on a finger as a tool slide guitar, in addition there is also Endha Slanker Addi Purple on the song titled Lover His guitar melody wear my dark on Engineering Slide / Sliding.

How to play slide guitar technique / sliding is as follows:

Left hand use slides (pipes / bottle) which is inserted into one of the fingers
Emphasis on the slide guitar strings do not be too hard and not to touch the fret / fret board
     · The tone can be played at the end of the strings from the fret ends up tremolo
     · The tone produced by simply swiping slide on guitar strings, and can be more than 2 octaves.

Powerful way to guess chord songs

How to guess the key / chord guitar of a song is a big step in the technique of playing the guitar. To get into this stage, of course, we already understand the basic chords that make it easier for us.

Basically, every song is like the human body consists of many components that are then fused into a song. In the song, the chord is like the bones in humans which then can we bundle into a beautiful figure. If all this we may already know the outline of the bones in humans we also need to know the bones and the skeleton of a song. Within this framework it can also mean the basic tone of a song.

It is undeniable that every song has a certain patterns.

There is a reason why popular songs such as PeterPan songs mostly composed of simple progressions such progression-perfect dream song consisting of chord Em-CGD and other songs that have a pattern like that.

If we look at the pattern of Em-CGD we can conclude that the basic tone of the piece is G. Why? Note chord mayornya ie C-G-D. In the progression of G we will find there is in the order of C-4 and D is on the order of 5.

When in Line up by the tone would be like this

     G-A-B-C-D-E-F #
     or the distance rule 1-1-1 / 2-1-1-1-1 / 2
     and if the chord becomes
     G-Am-Bm-C-D-Em-F # dim

The distance of the rules above, you try to develop yourself with the basic tone of the others?

The above is the basic chord guessing a song. Way over easier because then we simply know a few chords only because by knowing the fundamental tone we will easily guess where the next chord is played.

Now how the hell do we seek chord if we did not understand the theories above?

Here are some of his tips

Listen to the song over and over again, or at least 1 time. This is to facilitate our brains respond tones we hear. Try to listen chordnya.
Try to follow the progression / displacement chordnya with how to play the strings 5 and 6 strings on the guitar. It helps us see the grooves basically chords and tones.
After the plot was created began to play guitar chords intact. Major chord minor depending on the flow and the basic tone that we find.

Well, three steps above is the way that I often use to guess and find the chords of a song.

So it's pretty simple is not it? The more frequent practice in this way we feel further hone the chords of a song even guess it is possible to guess chords for a song with a single hearing.
